COMPLETED EPC PROJECT FOR PH REFINERY

Pivot Engineering Co Ltd has just completed the EPC of the 75MW Independent Power Plant owned by GEL Utility Ltd. at the Port Harcourt Refining Co. Alesa-Eleme, Rivers State. Major Equipment for this power plant consists of 3 x 25MW TM2500+ Mobile dual fuel Turbine Generator manufactured by General Electric (GE). Other balance of plant equipment include fuel gas conditioning skid, fuel gas and Diesel filter skids, Indoor MV/LV Switchboard systems and associated electrical cabling and interconnecting piping system. Site construction activities commenced in March 2014 and by November 2014, the power plant was commissioned and have since gone into commercial operation.
